Resonac to Exhibit its Semiconductor Components for EVs at PCIM Europe 2023

Resonac, a global provider of power semiconductor-related materials and products, is all set to showcase its advanced material technologies at the upcoming PCIM Europe exhibition in Nurnberg, Germany from May 9th-11th. The company will present its thermal management materials that play a crucial role in manufacturing power modules and inverters for the rapidly expanding electric vehicle (EV) market.

As part of its participation, Resonac will also introduce its PMiC research center in Tokyo, Japan, which is focused on the co-creation and development of materials for power electronics with customers such as automotive OEMs and semiconductor manufacturers.
