RECOM has launched two advanced families of AC/DC DIN rail power supplies—the RACPRO1 and REDIIN series—designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern industrial applications, including automation, renewable energy, smart manufacturing, and more.

The RACPRO1 series offers high-performance options tailored for industrial use, including the RACPRO1-T240, -T480, and -T960 models. These power supplies deliver 240 W, 480 W, and 960 W, respectively, supporting a universal AC input range of 3x 320 VAC to 3x 576 VAC and a DC input range from 430 VDC to 850 VDC, making them ideal for renewable energy and microgrid applications. Designed for durability, the RACPRO1 units boast an impressive 80,000+ hour lifetime and enhanced features:

  • Temperature Tolerance: Operates within a broad temperature range from -40°C to +70°C.
  • Enhanced Surge Immunity: Withstands surges up to 6 kVAC and offers return voltage immunity exceeding 35 V.
  • Versatile Mounting: DIN-rail mount with an IP20-rated package.
  • Load Management: The T480 and T960 models include load indicators and support constant current (CC) mode for battery charging and load sharing mode for parallel operation, allowing these models to be linked to double or triple their current capacity.

The REDIIN series brings a cost-effective alternative with a wide 90 - 264 VAC input range. Available in 120 W, 240 W, and 480 W options, the series includes compact units with single outputs at 24V and 48VDC, adjustable from the front panel. The REDIIN series is fully certified with IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1 and 61010-1 safety standards and meets EMC standards, ensuring compatibility in heavy industrial environments.
