The SUMO MD MV2500-6P from Dana TM4 is an Automotive-Qualified Motor/Inverter System that has been designed to interface directly with standard e-axles. It delivers a continuous output power of 115 kW and a peak output power of 230 kW. This motor provides a torque of 1140 Nm and has a speed of up to 3000 rpm. It comes with proven permanent magnet technology for optimal efficiency and an outer rotor topology for maximum torque density. This AEC-Q101/100/200-qualified motor/inverter features variable switching frequency and Reflex gate driver technology to ensure optimal power and current densities. It also integrates an electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter to suppress EMI and adheres to the main international automotive standards. 

This IP6K9K-rated motor/inverter features low electromagnetic audible noise and low cogging and ripple torque for improved noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). It measures 432 x 304 mm and is ideal for Class 4 to 7 commercial vehicles, light to medium bus platforms, and off-highway applications.
