The LEO3910 from STMicroelectronics is a Radiation Hardened Positive LDO Voltage Regulator that operates from 3 to 12 V. It provides an adjustable output voltage of 1.23 to 9 V and has a low-dropout voltage of less than 1.5 V. It delivers an output current of up to 2 A. This AEC-Q100 qualified LDO voltage regulator consists of a junction temperature detection circuit for over-temperature protection. It is designed to limit the maximum load current to protect the output stage against possible over-current-related damages.

This space-qualified LDO voltage regulator is available in a through-hole package and is ideal for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) applications.
