The TS5213CX533 RFG from Taiwan Semiconductor is a Low-Noise LDO Voltage Regulator that is ideal for cellular telephones, palmtops, notebook computers, battery-powered equipment, SMPS post regulators, and DC to DC modules, high-efficiency linear power supplies, and portable applications. It requires an input voltage from -20 V to 20 V. This regulator provides an output voltage of 3.3 V (fixed) and has a drop-out voltage of 300 mV.  It is designed to offer low power consumption with zero off-mode consumption and features a logic-controlled electronic enable function. This RoHS-compliant regulator also benefits from current limit and thermal shutdown protection circuits. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 2.9 x 1.6 x 1.45 mm.
