The D3V3Z1BD2CSP-7 from Diodes Incorporated is an Automotive Qualified Bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode that has been designed specifically to protect high-speed differential lines. It has a reverse breakdown voltage of up to 9 V, a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3 V, and a reverse leakage current of 0.05 µA. This AEC-Q100/101/104/200-qualified diode has an extremely low capacitance of 0.3 pF and an extremely low clamping voltage of 5.3 V to protect sensitive I/Os. It can also be used for EOS protection due to its high peak pulse current capability and has excellent electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection features, highlighted by low peak ESD clamping voltage and high ESD withstand voltage. This RoHS-compliant diode consists of a small casing that provides designers the flexibility to protect a single line in various applications. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 0.60 x 0.30 x 0.30 mm and is ideal for USB3.0, USB3.1, USB3.2 Gen 2 x 2, USB Type-C, HDMITM 1.4, HDMITM 2.0, HDMITM 2.1, Thunderbolt 2, Thunderbolt 3, 10G Ethernet, and WiFi-6 AnT applications.
