The DHM3J120 from Minebea Power Semiconductor Device is a High Voltage Fast Recovery Diode designed for color TV receivers. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 12 kV and a forward current of 3 mA. This diffused-junction diode has a peak reverse current of 2 mA and a peak forward voltage of 42 V. It features small leakage current at high temperature and has good reverse characteristics, resulting in excellent high-temperature output characteristics. This diode is available in a through-hole package that measures 62 x 2.5 mm.
