The HS1DFSH from Taiwan Semiconductor is an Automotive Qualified Recovery Rectifier that is ideal for freewheeling, snubber, DC/DC converters, and automotive applications. It has a forward voltage of 0.80 V and a forward current of up to 1 A. The rectifier has a reverse voltage of less than 140 V and a reverse current of up to 1 µA. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage of less than 200 V and a non-repetitive peak forward current of up to 35 A. This AEC-Q101-qualified diode has a glass passivated chip junction and is ideal for automated placements. It exhibits low power loss and offers fast switching operation, resulting in high efficiency. The RoHS-compliant rectifier is available in a low-profile surface-mount package that measures 2.3 x 3.6 x 0.9 mm.
