The VEMD8083 from Vishay is a Silicon PIN Photodiode optimized for detecting both visible and near-infrared radiation. It has a forward voltage drop of 1.3 V and has a rated reverse voltage of 20 V. This photodiode offers enhanced sensitivity for visible and NIR detection and supports a spectral range of 350-1100 nm. It offers fast response time and operates from -40 to 85°C.
