The AO1007M8R from AiT Semiconductor is a High Voltage Single Precision Power Operational Amplifier that is ideal for wireless base station control circuits, optical network control circuits, instrumentation, sensors and controls, precision filters, cellular and cordless phones, and medical applications. It requires a supply voltage of 3.3 - 32 V and an input bias and offset current from -10 pA to +10 pA. It delivers a large signal voltage gain of 150 dB and has a common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 115 dB. This op-amp offers optimal performance in low voltage and low noise systems and provides rail-to-rail output swing in heavy loads. It eliminates the need to integrate external components for offset nulling and frequency compensation. This RoHS-compliant op-amp is available in a surface-mount package that measures 5.0 x 6.2 mm.
