The BT139-800E from FuxinSemi Semiconductor is a 4-Quadrant Triac that has been designed with the ability to withstand shock loading of large current levels. It has a break-over voltage of up to 800 V and a break-over current of less than 16 A (RMS). This triac has a gate trigger voltage of up to 1.3 V and a gate trigger current of less than 10 mA. It achieves a high commutation performance, making this triac suitable for use in inductive loads. This triac is available in a through-hole package that measures 9.700 x 25.100 mm and is ideal for washing machines, vacuums, massagers, AC motor speed regulation, and solid-state relay applications.
