The T2322BG from Littlefuse is a Triac that is specifically designed for AC power switching applications. This triac has a break-over voltage of up to 200 V and a break overcurrent of less than 2.5 A. It has a gate trigger voltage of 1 V and a gate trigger current of up to 10 mA. This triac has a very high gate sensitivity that allows the use of economical transistorized or integrated circuit control circuits. It is fabricated using a glass-passivated chip to ensure stability and is based on rugged thermopane construction that offers low thermal resistance, high heat dissipation, and durability.

The T2322BG is available in a through-hole package and is ideal for load switching and low-power phase control applications.
