The 180 kW E-Axle from Brogen EV Solution is an Electric Axle that has been designed for virtual rail metro applications with rubber tires. It delivers an output power of 55 kW (2x, rated) and 90 kW (2x, peak). This e-axle provides a torque of up to 350 Nm and has a speed of less than 9500 rpm. It has a gear ratio of 17.55 with an air-based disc brake and a wheel speed of up to 540 rpm. This e-axle integrates a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) along with other components into the axle to significantly reduce system weight and increase overall vehicle power efficiency.

This IP67-rated electric axle’s design is adaptable to the low-floor design in passenger transportation vehicles, which results in a spacious and safe interior for an enhanced ride experience. It supports a load of 9000 kg.
