The 31PE from Brogen EV Solution is a Coaxial Electric Axle that is ideal for 8M-8.5M bus applications. It delivers an output power of 80 kW and a peak output power of 150 kW. This electric axle provides a torque of 230 Nm and has a speed of 3400 rpm. It consists of a gearbox, an electric motor, and an axle drive system. The coaxial integration of the motor and axle housing reduces the chassis footprint for the electric drive axle. The weight of this electric axle has been reduced by over 100 kg, while the passenger capacity has been increased by over 30%. It has a symmetrical layout that balances the unsprung mass, thereby decreasing the suspension load impact. This axle supports maintenance intervals every 100,000 km, which cuts down the overall lifecycle costs.
