The A20QES from Brogen EV Solution is an Electric Axle. It delivers a continuous output power of 30 kW, a peak output power of 75 kW, and has an efficiency of over 93%. This e-axle provides a torque of 90 Nm and has a speed of up to 10000 rpm. It has a relatively lower number of components compared to conventional designs. This e-axle supports a high load capacity that is ensured by the steel shell, which is integrally stamped and welded for improved reliability. It also has reduced energy consumption. This IP68-rated e-axle has its total weight reduced by 20% compared to traditional structures, with a similar reduction in volume. It measures 1582 x 460 x 308 mm and is ideal for 1.5 T- 3.5 T light truck applications.
