The KTB8372CEUFA-5C-TA from Kinetic Technologies is a Synchronous Step-down Power Management IC that is ideal for CPU, GPU, DSP, HDD, tablets, notebooks, mobile Internet devices, IoT, DSC, drones, gaming consoles, and TV set-box applications. It requires an input voltage of 4.7 -18 V. This PMIC features integrated high- and low-side FET transistors, advanced adaptive on-time control, and fast transient response for optimal performance. It includes convenient features such as different fixed output voltage options, a power good indicator, and a feedback voltage reference. 

This buck PMIC is equipped with functionalities like zero shutdown supply current, low operating quiescent currents, and high efficiency across different load conditions to ensure efficient power delivery while maintaining minimal power consumption. It also incorporates enhanced protection mechanisms, including current limit, short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and various voltage protections to protect the IC and other connected devices from potential damage. This RoHS-compliant PMIC is available in a surface-mount package that measures 2.2 x 2.5 x 0.55 mm.
