8th IEEE Workshop on Wide Bandgap Power Devices and Applications


The 8th Wide Bandgap Power Devices & Applications (WiPDA 2021) is an event sponsored by the IEEE and PSMA (Power Sources Manufacturers Association). It provides a forum for device scientists, circuit designers and application engineers from the Power Electronics & Electron Devices Societies to share technology updates, research findings, experience and potential applications.

The WiPDA 2021 will be a fully virtual event and will be held from 7 to 11 November 2021.

Registration is required and attendees would have to log in to the website to watch the live event. The presentations (including tutorial, keynotes, oral and poster) will be available online for one month after the live event concludes (till 11 December 2021).
