200 nA Ultra-Low Quiescent Current Output Voltage Selectable Function Step-Down DC/DC Converter micro DC/DC” XCL233 Series
This product has an output voltage selectable function, and the efficiency performance at a light load current is dramatically improved by implementing ultra-low power consumption circuits with 200 nA consumption current and the PFM control method. The XCL233 series are suitable for IoT/mobile/wearable and all devices that place emphasis on better life where small size, saving area, and high-efficiency performance at a light load current are essential.
Ultra-Low Supply Current 0.6 µA High-Speed Voltage Regulators XC6241 Series
This product is a CMOS process high-speed voltage regulator ICs with low supply current, high accuracy, and high ripple rejection. The output voltage is fixed internally and can be set in the range of 1.2 V to 5.0 V. It has a Green Operation (GO) function that achieves both high-speed operation and low supply current and switches automatically between high-speed (HS) mode and power save (PS) mode according to the output current. At light load, high efficiency is realized by operating in PS mode with low supply current, and at heavy load, high-speed operation is enabled by operating in HS mode. This is ideal for applications that require both low-supply current and high-speed operation.
1 A Output Current Push Button Smart Load Switch XC6194 Series
The built-in high side switch is turned on by the Push Button (Turning off is also possible on the A-type) and turned off by the "L" level signal into the SHDN pin from the MCU or the like. In addition to these functions, this IC is equipped with an output capacitor inrush current limiting function and short-circuit protection function, realizing an intelligent load switch. The high side switch is turned on and latched by inputting "L" signal from the Push Button of the device to the SW pin. It is possible to shut down (OFF) by inputting a 1-pulse signal of "H" level from the MCU or the like to the SHDN pin. This realizes a main switch of battery-operated devices easily.
