Kyocera AVX unveils Polymer Capacitors, TCJ Series. Surface mount polymer capacitor series TCJ offers the industry's highest rated Voltage polymers up to 125°C applicable for up to 125 V applications. These capacitors exhibit low ESR for general use in commercial, industrial, networking, and other applications. The series offers a wide range of Capacitance in 17 SMD case sizes with industry-standard J-lead terminations, and a maximum operating temperature of up to 125 degrees Celsius. Polymer capacitors standard derating rules are 10% for low-voltage products and 20% for high-voltage ones. The conductive polymer electrode exhibits a benign failure mode under recommended use conditions. These polymer capacitors are Lead-free, halogen-free m.compound, RoHS-compliant components.
