GuRu Wireless, the company making adaptive, long-range wireless energy transfer possible, announces its participation in SOF Week 2025 in Tampa, Florida, May 5-8, 2025. SOF (Special Operations Forces) Week is an annual conference for the international SOF community to learn, connect, and honor its members. The event is jointly sponsored by United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and the Global SOF Foundation.

Attendees can visit the GuRu Wireless booth onsite in the Accelerator Alley to see a demonstration of the company's ability to keep an un-tethered, small, unmanned aerial system (sUAS) in the air indefinitely, eliminating the need for a drone to land for battery change-outs, charging, or a physical connection (tether) to a power source. This first-of-a-kind persistent intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) capability is enabled by GuRu Wireless' scalable, fully synchronous wireless power transfer technology platform operating at 24GHz.
