
Danfoss Power Solutions has showcased its latest technologies for off- and on-highway machinery at iVT Expo 2025, which took place on June 11-12 in Cologne, Germany. At booth 2000, visitors could discover the latest advancements in mobile hydraulics, electrification, and autonomous solutions, all designed to enhance machine performance, increase efficiency, and drive innovation.
Key products and technologies on display included:
- Operator experience solutions: Danfoss is helping OEMs modernize machines for improved operator experience. Its portfolio includes ergonomic remote controls in the Ikontrol family, JS1-H joysticks, and updated user interfaces utilizing Qt Framework on its DM display series.
- Electrification solutions: Danfoss Editron is changing the way the world moves, with electric and hybrid powertrain systems for heavy-duty and commercial vehicles and machines on land and sea. The company’s sophisticated hybrid and fully electric drivetrains cut fuel and energy consumption, reduce carbon dioxide and small particle emissions, and are easily integrated into various types of machines. Visitors could discover products such as the ED3 onboard charger and electric power take-off, the integrated eHydraulic Power Module, and the low-voltage ePowerpack.
Danfoss’ expertise in autonomy was also featured in the conference program through a presentation by Prabal Malviya, Machine Learning Senior Engineer. His session, titled “Leveraging machine learning for smarter machines,” discussed how machine learning is revolutionizing autonomous machines. By enabling machines to adapt to new conditions and facilitating data-driven decision-making, machine learning optimizes operations and enhances productivity.
