ROHM has launched the GMR100HJCFAR100, a new high-power shunt resistor designed for precise current detection in demanding environments such as automotive and industrial applications. GMR100 is a shunt resistor designed for current sensing in high-current circuits. It is ideal for sets that require high power, such as in-vehicle, industrial equipment, and large household appliances. In addition to stable resistance values under overcurrent loads, the GMR100 achieves excellent resistance temperature coefficient (TCR) even in the low-resistance range, making it highly accurate and reliable. Since the package is 6432 size (2512 inch), maintaining the same level as general products, they can be easily replaced.
Key Features
- High power (4W to 10W)
- High heat dissipation
- Excellent TCR characteristics
- Low ohmic (5mΩ to 220mΩ)
- ROHM resistors have obtained ISO9001 / IATF16949 certification
- Corresponds to AEC-Q200
The GMR100HJCFAR100 is now available in 2000-unit taping packages and is recommended for use in high-current circuit designs requiring thermal stability and precision.
