IMECAR Unveils Advanced Smart EV Charging and Storage Platforms

IMECAR, a specialist in electric vehicle system engineering and smart energy integration, has introduced a comprehensive portfolio of EV charging solutions designed for homes, commercial fleets, and utility-scale charging infrastructure. The portfolio spans compact AC wall chargers, high-power DC fast charging stations, off-grid renewable-enabled systems, and advanced V2X platforms. Key Charging Systems in the IMECAR Portfolio


Power Plant Charging Station (CS10003) integrates grid, PV and battery inputs to deliver a DC output range of 180-240 kW. It supports AC input of 323-530 VAC (30-90 kW grid supply), PV input 120-150 kW, and a built-in battery bank of 126-188 kWh. It supports CCS1/CCS2/NACS connector types, operates in ambient –20 °C to +50 °C, and is designed for enterprise-scale fleet or depot use.

Sun Pulse Charging Station (CS10004) is optimized for off-grid or limited-grid sites, accepting PV input of 30-90 kW, DC output 60-240 kW, and battery capacity between 70-140 kWh. It provides smart energy management to shift between solar, battery and charging loads. Operating temperature spans from –20 °C to +50 °C with dimensions 2304mm × 1235mm × 1324mm.

Grid Pulse Charging Station (CS10002) is a compact grid-connected fast-charger that offers DC output options from 60 kW up to 240 kW, AC input of 323-530 VAC, and is certified to global standards (EN IEC 61851 etc.). The modular “plug-and-play” architecture enables extended field life and rapid serviceability.

Grid Core Charging Station is designed for industrial-grade deployments requiring rugged mechanics, high-density modules, automated system integration and scalable power stages.

Power Port Charging Station is a containerised, transport-ready charging setup combining power conversion, cooling, distribution and EV-charging interfaces—ideal for remote or rapidly deployed fleet nodes where infrastructure build-out is constrained.

Energy Plant Charging Station (CS10008) couples PV generation, energy storage (737.28 kWh battery capacity) and DC output of 80 kW, AC input 323-530 VAC and PV input of 120 kW. It serves hybrid-grid/ off-grid facilities needing both charging and general power-supply capability.

Grid Satellite Charging Station (CS10007) supports very high-power grid-node charging with DC output of 600 kW, AC input 323-530 VAC, cable types CCS1/CCS2/NACS, and compact footprint. Designed for utilities and high-density charging environments.

The V2 Power Platform enables vehicle-to-grid (V2G) and vehicle-to-X (V2X) bi-directional power flows, allowing EVs to act as active energy storage assets, supporting microgrids, building backup, load balancing, and enhanced renewable energy integration.
