Bourns has announced the new 5.0SMDJ-R Series in a compact DO-214AB package to provide effective ESD protection for portable communications, computing, and video equipment applications.
This Transient Voltage Suppressor Series offers a choice of Working Peak Reverse Voltage from 12 V to 30 V. 13 unidirectional and 8 bidirectional models are available. The series is RoHS compliant and delivered in recyclable ESD-safe packaging, produced under ISO 14001 low-impact energy processes, and responsibly sourced and manufactured.
This TVS Diode is in a compact chip package DO-214AB (SMC) size format. These Diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle with standard pick and place equipment, and the flat configuration minimizes roll away.
