This approach employs mineralization techniques, such as those developed with storage partners like Carbfix in Iceland, whereby CO₂ reacts with basaltic rock formations to form stable carbonate minerals. This pathway ensures permanent removal of CO₂ from the carbon cycle, providing durable climate benefits.

Research and testing of novel structured adsorbents and optimized process configurations have demonstrated significant improvements in energy use and capture performance, validating next-generation DAC designs under real-world conditions.
