The HCA3500TF-48-R from Cosel is an Isolated AC-DC Converter that steps down an AC input voltage of 180 - 528 V to a DC output voltage of 48 V. It delivers an output power of 3504 W. This converter integrates a noise filter, switching device, control circuits, rectifier/filter, current/voltage sensing, ORing MOSFET, protection and status indication circuitries. It regulates the converter temperature using a conduction-based water cooling mechanism, thereby resulting in a fanless design. This AC-DC converter has a low-profile construction and offers parallel/N+1 parallel redundancy operation. It consists of built-in alarms, over-voltage protection (OVP), over-current protection (OCP) circuits, and in-rush current limiters to prevent overload-related damages.
