The CCR420 Series from XP Power are Isolated AC-DC Power Supplies that convert an AC input voltage of 85-264 V to a DC output voltage of 12-54 V. They deliver a fan-cooled power of 420 W, conduction-cooled power of 350 W, and a convection cooled power of 280 W. They have an efficiency of up to 94.5%, a low earth leakage of less than 300 µA and a low patient leakage of up to 75 µA. These converters offer high efficiency and power density in a low-profile design and are designed to operate in convection-cooled, conduction-cooled, and fan-cooled environments. They comply with Class B conducted and radiated emission standards and provide a 2x MOPP isolation with low leakage current.

These power supplies are integrated with a baseplate cooling capability that ensures efficient thermal management and also have special designs to support noise-sensitive applications. They are available in chassis-mount packages that measure 129.4 x 83.5 x 25.4mm and are ideal for industrial, healthcare, instrumentation, test and measurement and robotics applications.
