The ACS37100LMATR-050B3 from Allegro MicroSystems is an Automotive-Qualified Fully Integrated TMR Current Sensor that offers high accuracy and low noise for demanding control loop applications. It requires a supply voltage of 3.3 V. This current sensor features a tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) sensing element and has a high operating bandwidth of over 10 MHz for fast control loops or when monitoring high-speed switching currents. It has an internal construction that provides high isolation by magnetically coupling the field generated by current flow in the conductor to the monolithic TMR IC. This AEC-Q100-qualified transducer provides high accuracy and low noise and benefits from a VREF output voltage for differential routing in noisy application environments. It provides overcurrent FAULT output with an adjustable FAULT threshold for fast open-drain overcurrent detection. This current transducer is available in a surface-mount package that measures 10.31 x 10.21 x 2.54 mm.
