The AHE101 Series from Diodes Incorporated are Automotive-Qualified InSb Ultra-High Sensitivity Hall Element Current Transducers designed for precise magnetic field detection. These AEC-Q100/101/104/200-qualified transducers support a maximum input current of 20 mA with an input voltage up to 2 V. They deliver a maximum output Hall voltage of 415 mV. These transducers provide excellent stability with an offset voltage as low as ±5 mV and ensure reliable performance across varying temperatures with a temperature coefficient for Hall voltage of -1.8 %/°C. They operate effectively even in weak magnetic fields due to their superior sensitivity.

These RoHS-compliant current transducers are available in compact surface-mount packages that measure 2.9 x 1.45 x 1.10 mm and are ideal for detection of opening and closing of mobile phones and PCs, joystick detection, magnetic encoders, current measurements with overhead wire ammeters (clamp-type ammeters), position detection with brushless motors, wheel rotation speed detection, contactless commutations, speed measurements, and angular position sensing/indexing in consumer home appliances, office equipment, and industrial applications.
