The Gen6 Low Voltage DC-AC Inverters Series from Turntide Technologies requires a DC input voltage of 20-106 V. They deliver an output power of up to 63 kW (10 s boost) and 50 kW (peak). These DC-AC inverters are designed to achieve high power densities on the market. They can support permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) and AC induction motors and provide accurate torque/speed control of the built-in motors.
These inverters utilize Turntide’s user code (TUC) tool, an advanced, feature-rich development environment to customize logical and algorithmic functions. These functions are provided by a built-in auxiliary microprocessor and a fully capable API, both of which can be interfaced with a primary motor controller. The inverters are also provided with an extensive library of validated motors for download via an intuitive user interface, allowing quick vehicle setup and configuration. All of the parameters, including motor speed, torque and power, can be controlled via the integrated interface. The inverters are available in IPX-rated modules. They are ideal for electric traction (e.g. 2/3-wheel mobility), aerial platforms, and ancillary control applications.
