The BR100-04LLD from Diotec Semiconductor is a DIAC that is ideal for triggering triacs and thyristors, AC switches and controls, dimmer circuits, and other commercial-grade systems applications. It has a break-over voltage of 35 - 45 V and a break-over current of less than 50 µA. This RoHS-compliant DIAC offers bidirectional switching and includes protection capabilities to prevent false trigger operations due to light.
