The 300kW Electric Axle from Valeo is a High-Voltage Electric Axle developed to equip the flagship sedan of a luxury German OEM. It consists of an electric motor, an inverter, and a reducer. This e-axle has a peak power of 300 kW. It has a peak wheel torque of up to 5700 Nm and a motor speed of up to 18000 rpm. This ASIL D-rated e-axle includes optional features such as a park lock system, differential, and disconnect unit, along with forced gearbox cooling for high-speed operation. It features optimized system packaging for great NVH behaviour and has an innovative oil cooling design. This e-axle features a lightweight, compact, and efficiency-optimized design, delivering up to 95% efficiency for the electric drive system. It is ideal for use in passenger car, bus, truck, robot taxi, motorcycle, bike, droid, and off-road vehicles.
