The ZEN 8 SLIM 48 V from Forsee Power is a Modular EV Battery that has been designed with a state-of-the-art battery management system (BMS) and ISO 26262-qualified automotive components while offering the flexibility of using 48 V or 72 V versions to tailor to the energy requirements. It has a cell capacity of 7.9 kWh. This battery requires a nominal voltage of 44.8 V and has a peak current rating of up to 354 A. It delivers a continuous output power of 7.9 kW and a peak output power of 15.8 kW. This IP 67-rated EV battery offers a high energy density of 254 Wh/L that can support a wide range of systems over the voltage range from 48 V to 800 V. It has a liquid thermal management system and is compliant to R100-2 and R10.5 standards, enabling operation up to 5,000 life cycles. This EV battery is available in a module that measures 570 x 430 x 128.5 mm and is ideal for all-electric and hybrid heavy vehicle applications.
