The SuperVCU185 from Ecotron is a Vehicle Control Unit that has been designed to act as a master controller for electric and hybrid vehicles. It requires an input voltage of 9-32 V. This electric vehicle electronic control unit (EV ECU) is driven by Infineon’s ASIL-D rated 32-bit TC399 MCU and supports MATLAB/Simulink model-based development for efficient implementation. It operates at a frequency of up to 300 MHz. This EV ECU has core functions that include power on/off management, power system management, drive mode management, drive and brake control, auxiliary management and fault diagnosis. It is the main control unit for the vehicle control network or CAN network. This EV ECU has a diverse range of interfaces encompassing CAN, LIN, SENT, DI, AI, H-bridge, RTD, PWM, HSO, LSO, 5V/8V outputs, and Ethernet to offer versatile connectivity options. This EV ECU is available in an aluminum die-casting that measures 347 x 217.5 x 42.8 mm.
