The GD32A503VBT3 from GigaDevice Semiconductor is an Automotive Grade 32-bit General-Purpose MCU. It requires an input voltage of 2.7-5.5 V and operates over -40 °C to +125 °C. This electronic control unit (ECU) offers on-chip flash memory of 128 KB and has an SRAM memory of up to 24 KB. It offers analog/peripheral enhancements, which include 12-bit ADCs, DAC, comparator, advanced PWM timers, and general and basic timers.   

This MCU integrates advanced communication interfaces such as SPI, I2C, USARTs, I2S, and CAN bus peripherals. It also includes Brown-Out Reset (BOR), Power-Down Reset (PDR), clock monitoring, and voltage monitoring to help guard against unstable conditions. This AEC-Q100 compliant MCU measures 16 x 16 mm and is suitable for BCM, HVAC, BMS, OBC (on-board charger), automotive radar, automotive vision, DC-DC, automobile instrument, and IVI (in-vehicle infotainment).
