The GD32A513CCT3 from GigaDevice Semiconductor is a Microcontroller that is ideal for HVAC, on-board chargers, automotive vision, DC-DC converters, automobile instruments, BCM, BMS, in-vehicle infotainment, and automotive radar applications. It requires an input voltage of 2.7-5.5 V. This microcontroller unit (MCU) is based on the ARM v8 architecture that has an ARM Cortex-M33 core, a 384 KB on-chip flash, 48 KB SRAM, 12-bit ADCs, a DAC, comparator, DC-DC regulator, timers, power management unit (PMU), clock management, and serial/peripheral interfaces. The core processor is designed to support a powerful and scalable instruction set, including general data processing I/O control tasks, advanced data processing bit field manipulations, and digital signal processing (DSP) computations. 

The built-in clock control unit provides a range of high accuracy oscillators and clocking functions to generate a stable reference clock signal for data transmission, interrupts, and resets. The ARM v8 processor also ensures low interrupt latency and cost of debugging, enabling users to develop low-power devices with high performance. This microcontroller supports various power saving modes for maximum optimization between wakeup latency and power consumption. It can be controlled through SPI, USART, CAN, and I2S interfaces. This microcontroller is available in a surface-mount package that measures 5.10 x 5.10 mm.
