The MEV100C25-S from Mersen is a Battery Pack Fuse that has been specifically developed to provide DC protection in on-board electric and hybrid vehicle applications. It has a voltage rating of 1000 V, a current rating of 25 A, and a power rating of 1.1 W. This fuse offers reliable clearing of DC faults in challenging environments and complies with the high-quality requirements of the automotive industry. It provides a current breaking capacity of over 50 A with a clearing time of up to 100 seconds and excellent matching with a DC contactor. This battery pack fuse also supports high cycling performance with full coverage of the battery module voltage and current.  

This fuse is available in a screw-mount package that measures 64 x 10 x 14.1 mm. It is ideal for battery management systems (BMS), battery junction boxes for auxiliaries, on-board chargers, battery pack protection, battery disconnect units, and EV/HEV applications.
