The HP1015 from LG Magna e-Powertrain is an EV Traction Motor designed for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV). It delivers a peak power of up to 180 kW and a peak torque of about 400 Nm. This EV traction motor operates at a speed of 16000 rpm. It supports 400V and 800V voltage systems and achieves an efficiency of 96%. This EV motor incorporates advanced manufacturing technologies such as hairpin and round wire configurations and supports multiple cooling options (air, water, oil), to provide a high-efficiency, high-power, and high-torque solution for modern electric vehicles.
