The PF-SRC50E SERIES from Bourns is a series of high-power fuses designed to meet UL 248-13 and IEC 60269-4 (aR Class) semiconductor standards. These fuses are designed to protect semiconductor devices against overcurrent conditions. They have a voltage rating of 500 VDC/960 VAC, a current rating of 32-100 A and a power loss of up to 26.7 W. These industrial fuses have an interrupting rating of 50 kA at 500 VDC and 100 kA at 690 VAC. They are available in compact bolt-down mount packages that measure 46.2 x 17.5 mm and are ideal for use in power inverters, converters, rectifiers, AC/DC drives, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and reduced voltage motor starters. They are also used for energy storage systems, battery pack protection, battery disconnect units, and battery module protection.
