The 2ED2742S01GXUMA1 from Infineon Technologies is a Half-Bridge Gate Driver IC that has been designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs. This gate driver IC requires an input voltage of 7 - 18 V. This gate driver IC utilizes a floating channel to achieve high-efficiency bootstrap operation and has a bootstrap voltage of +160 V. It offers independent under-voltage lockout for both high and low sides, providing robust protection and reliability along with integrated shoot-through protection with build-in dead time. This JEDEC-qualified gate driver integrates a short pulse/noise rejection input filter and Schmitt trigger inputs with hysteresis to improve signal integrity. This RoHS-compliant gate driver IC is available in a surface-mount package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for robotics, automotive, commercial and agricultural drones, and various other applications.
