The CM50MXUA-24T from Mitsubishi Electric is an IGBT Module designed to provide efficient high-power switching operation for a range of applications. It has a collector-to-emitter voltage of up to 1200 V and a gate-emitter voltage of ±20 V. This IGBT has a DC collector current of up to 50 A and a gate-emitter leakage current of less than 0.5 µA.
