The 12D-20 from Songtian Electronics is a Negative Temperature Coefficient Thermistor that has been designed to provide in-rush current limit and sensing functions for electronic devices. It has a current rating of up to 5 A and a resistance of 12 Ω. This REACH-compliant thermistor can sense and control current surges in circuits and reduces the risk of tripped circuit breakers, blown fuses, or damage to motors or filaments used in in-rush applications. It compensates for variations in circuit resistance caused by changes in ambient temperature in sensing applications.
