The SL22 Series from Vishay are NTC Thermistors that protect from inrush current when electrical equipment is turned on. They have a voltage rating of up to 265 V and a current rating of less than 20 A. These UL/CSA recognized thermistors are rugged and reliable and can withstand up to 5 A of continuous current and 200 J of input energy. They are available in through-hole packages and are suitable for switching power supplies, AC motors, uninterruptible power supplies, and variable frequency drives.
