The AL3069QFVBW-13 from Diodes Incorporated is an Automotive-Grade LED Backlight Driver IC designed for next-generation display systems in vehicles. It requires an input voltage of 4.5-60 V. This LED driver integrates four 80 V high-precision current sink channels for robust and uniform LED backlighting performance. It offers a pulse current of 400 mA (up to 250 mA per string ) with an exceptional ±0.5% current matching, ensuring consistent brightness across multiple LED strings. This LED driver supports direct PWM dimming with a minimum duty cycle of 1/5000 at 100 Hz, enabling ultra-fine brightness control with minimal color shift. It has an adjustable switching frequency from 100 kHz to 1 MHz.
