The AL5836QT14-13 from Diodes Incorporated is an Automotive-Compliant 3-Channel Independent PWM Controller that is ideal for medium-to-high current automotive LED lighting applications. It requires an input voltage of 3.5-50 V and a supply current of 2.2-10 mA. This AEC-Q100 Grade 1-qualified LED driver offers excellent temperature stability and output ON/OFF control with current-sensing capability. It has three independent drivers, namely PWM1, PWM2, and PWM3, with individual PWM dimming and fault reporting capabilities.
This RoHS-compliant LED driver is equipped with external power MOSFET/BJT, external resistors, thermal shutdown protection and undervoltage lockout protection. It has good EMI immunity and is available in a surface-mount TSSOP-14 package that measures 6.40 x 5.10 mm.
