The GANSPIN612TR from STMicroelectronics is a Half-Bridge GaN Motor Driver that integrates two enhancement-mode GaN transistors in a half-bridge configuration with a high-voltage, high-frequency gate driver for motion control applications. It requires an input voltage of 3.3-20 V and has a drain-source current of up to 5.5 A. This motor driver has a breakdown voltage of 650 V and an on-state drain-source resistance of 270 milli-ohms. It features reverse conduction capability and zero reverse recovery loss.
