The TB67S549FTG from Toshiba is a PWM Chopper Two-Phase Stepping Motor Driver IC that is ideal for printers, multi-function printers (MFPs), automatic teller machines (ATMs), money-changing machines, surveillance cameras, and projector applications. It requires an input voltage of 4.5-33 V. This motor driver is manufactured using the BiCD process and is used to drive bipolar stepping motors. It consists of a built-in advanced current detect system (ACDS) and advanced dynamic mixed decay (ADMD) function blocks to provide a high-efficiency PWM constant current drive operation, thereby eliminating the need for external current detection resistors. 

The TB67549FTG provides a charge pump using reduced external components, which makes it suitable for space-constrained applications. It integrates over-temperature detection (TSD), over-current detection (ISD), and low supply voltage detection (UVLO) circuits to prevent short-circuit-related damages. This motor driver is available in a surface-mount package that measures 4 x 4 mm.
