The OBC7XX from Brusa HyPower is an On-board Charger designed to support medium and high-voltage battery systems of 400 V and 800 V. It requires an input voltage of 85-288 V (single-phase) or 300-500 V (three-phase) and has an input current rating of up to 80 A. This IP6K9KD/IP6K7D rated on-board charger (OBC) can deliver continuous power of up to 22 kW and has an output current of up to 72 A. It integrates CAN 2.0 communication interface to ensure smooth connectivity. This water-cooled OBC has a galvanically isolated design and supports AC charging and DC fast charging control, leveraging CCS1/CCS2 inlets via an integrated PLC controller. It weighs 17.4 kg.
