The ELIPS 1500 from IES Synergy is an On-Board Charger that is ideal for forklifts, aerial platforms, recreational vehicles, and utility vehicle applications. It requires an input voltage (AC) of 85 - 265 V. This onboard charger delivers an output power (DC) of 1500 W and an output current of up to 30 A. It has a compact design with integrated high-frequency electronics, making it perfect for integration into industrial and leisure electric vehicles. This charger is appropriately sealed with robust materials to ensure high durability in the presence of water, dust, and acid vapors. It also provides heat dissipation without requiring an internal fan.

This onboard charger supports CAN bus serial links for remote communication, monitoring, and control. It includes built-in short-circuit protection (SCP), reverse polarity protection, and thermal shutdown to prevent over-current-related damages. This charger is available in an IP65-rated sealed module that measures 145 x 260 x 210 mm.
