The CT3.3 58.8 V Model from ZIVAN is a Liquid Cooled On-Board Charger that has been designed with a compact and robust design to reduce the installation space and maximize performance. It requires an input voltage (AC) of 85 - 270 V (single-phase) and an input current of 16 A. This charger delivers an output power (DC) of 3.3 kW, an output voltage of 13.7 V, and an output current of up to 37 A. It has high power density and stackability for scalable power to improve fast charging performance. This IP 67-rated on-board charger complies with an automotive grade, fully configurable design, and has a vibration-proof design that fits non-road mobile machinery and on-road vehicle applications. It employs high protection against short circuits, over-load, over-voltage, and over-temperature and has a BMS wake-up signal for initiating AC charging. This onboard charger is available in a module that measures 300 x 200 x 100 mm and is ideal for material handling, construction equipment, aerial work platforms, agricultural and turf equipment applications.
